VALUATION |
|
The
valuation process is basically one of finding the present value of
the monetary benefits to be derived from holding property. We are
sometimes called upon to give value for the different types of use
which property can be put to. The subjective nature of the valuation
process requires the valuer to have an intimate knowledge of the market
which can only come through knowledge of many transactions in that
market. Our many years in the field gives us this confidence that
we are able to provide informed opinions and judgments at any given
point in time. Furthermore because the factors that affect value are
sometimes external to the property itself our years of experience
has enabled us to equip and develop multi-disciplinary skills to further
provide that informed opinion. |
