| The
valuation process is basically one of finding the present value of
the monetary benefits to be derived from holding property. We provide value for the different types of use
which property can be put to. The subjective nature of the valuation
process requires the valuer to have an in-depth knowledge of the market
which can only come through the experience ofdealing with many transactions in that
market. Our many years in the field gives us the confidence that
we can provide informed opinions and judgments at any given
point in time. Furthermore because the factors that affect value are
sometimes external to the property itself our years of experience
have equip us with multi-disciplinary skills to further
